When we asked Todd and Sami how they would describe themselves in wine terms, this is what they had to say:

TODD: Dry, robust and full bodied, pairs well with all cheeses.

SAMI: French Champagne Sweet – Bubby for 3 glasses then goes flat, better earlier in the day and are also quite expensive.
