Kristen Beckhaus – Dedicated P100 Village Member and Advocate for Local Families

Kristen Beckhaus, Director Solicitor at Beckhaus Legal, brings a wealth of expertise to the Sunshine Coast community, specialising in family law, wills and estates, civil disputes, estate administration and litigation, criminal and traffic matters, powers of attorney, and advanced health directives.

Kristen is passionate about helping people navigate the complexities of the legal system in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. “I love assisting people in resolving challenging situations and finding practical solutions to their problems,” she says.

A proud P100 Village Member since 2017, Kristen was inspired to join after learning about SunnyKids from a former employee, Darrin Voss. She was moved by the organisation’s mission to support children and families in need across the Sunshine Coast.

Kristen values the P100 Village for its tangible impact on the community. “If community members support your local business, it’s important to give back and assist those community members—particularly children—who need it most,” she shares.

Beyond her work with SunnyKids, Kristen has contributed to other local causes, including serving on the committee for the Nambour Tram Project, where she provided legal assistance, volunteered at events, and participated in planning. Now based in Noosaville, Kristen’s firm also supports “Santa’s Classy Helpers,” a charity that organises fundraising events to provide groceries and Christmas cheer to 500 local families.

Kristen’s office isn’t complete without her beloved French Bulldog, Archie. “Archie is our favourite team member. He loves sitting with clients who enjoy the company of dogs while I take their instructions,” she adds with a smile.

Kristen’s commitment to her clients, her community, and her role in the P100 Village exemplify her dedication to making a meaningful difference on the Sunshine Coast.
