Gavin Smith, Founder and Financial Coach at The Profit Analyst, is passionate about helping Sunshine Coast businesses achieve financial clarity, confidence, and growth. Through the Profit & Cashflow Mastery coaching program, Gavin provides business owners with the tools, education, and strategies they need to simplify financial management, boost profitability, and improve cash flow. His mission is to empower entrepreneurs to build sustainable and thriving businesses.
Gavin finds immense joy in his work, particularly in witnessing the transformation that occurs when business owners gain clarity around their financials. “Turning confusion into actionable insights and seeing businesses flourish is what keeps me motivated,” Gavin shares.
A proud P100 member for the past three years, Gavin was inspired to support SunnyKids after learning about their incredible work in supporting children and families in need. “As a parent and local business owner, I believe every child deserves a bright future,” he says. “SunnyKids’ mission aligns with my own values, and I’m proud to contribute to making a difference.”
For Gavin, being part of the P100 community means connecting with like-minded individuals who are passionate about giving back. “The ability to see the direct impact of our contributions is incredibly fulfilling,” he reflects. One of his highlights as a P100 member has been knowing that his support helps provide real opportunities for kids and families in the local community.
Through The Profit Analyst, Gavin also gives back to the community by offering free workshops designed to improve financial literacy among business owners. “When businesses succeed, it creates a ripple effect that benefits the entire community,” he explains.
Looking ahead, Gavin is excited about expanding the Profit & Cashflow Mastery program in the coming year, introducing new tools and resources to help even more businesses achieve financial success.
A fun fact about Gavin’s team? They’re also behind the Beach Bars and Rejuvenate Pilates, embracing the idea that success is all about balance.
