Originally from the regional Victorian cities of Ballarat and Bendigo, Gail Hunter followed the sun north with her young family, settling on the Sunshine Coast well before the southern influx of recent decades. With over 30 years of real estate experience in Queensland, Gail has a genuine passion for helping people find the perfect place to call home.
Her career began in property management, where she successfully oversaw a portfolio of more than 1,000 properties across the Sunshine Coast. Over time, she expanded into residential sales and project marketing, working with some of the region’s most prominent developers, including Juniper Property Group, Lendlease, Reed Property Group, RGD Group, and the Walter Iezzi Property Group.
From family homes to multi-million-dollar off-the-plan developments, Gail brings a depth and breadth of experience that is hard to match. Her unwavering commitment to client care and service excellence has earned her industry accolades, prestigious awards, and the trust of hundreds of local property owners.
Gail is a licensed real estate agent and qualified body corporate manager, a Fellow Member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), and a Foundation Board Member of the University of the Sunshine Coast (Uni SC).
Today, Gail leads Sage Living Realty alongside her daughter Ebony Dunstan, a specialised service supporting the over-50s community in selling lifestyle village homes and confidently stepping into their next chapter.
