Brockenchack Wines – Creating Memories and Giving Back

For Brockenchack Wines, wine has always been about more than what’s in the glass. It’s about bringing people together, sharing good food and conversation, and creating memories – a philosophy that makes their partnership with SunnyKids and the SunnyKids Mayoral Ball such a natural fit.

A family-owned wine business producing Eden Valley wines, Brockenchack Wines combines a love of wine with a strong belief in community and connection. At the heart of the business is a remarkable piece of history too – their vineyard is 130 years old, providing an incredible foundation for a family business that continues to share its wines with people today.

Brockenchack’s connection with SunnyKids was initially inspired by Sue Gilbert and Jocelyn Walker, but it is SunnyKids’ commitment to creating safety for children and families that has made the relationship particularly meaningful. Their belief is simple: everyone should have the support they need to be in a safe place.

That philosophy extends to the many ways Brockenchack gives back. The family business supports multiple charities and generously contributes auction and raffle items to help organisations like SunnyKids raise vital funds. They believe that even seemingly small acts of generosity can create much bigger opportunities for people who need support.

As Wine Sponsor of the SunnyKids Mayoral Ball, Brockenchack Wines plays a special role in one of SunnyKids’ most important fundraising events. Their support helps us create a memorable experience for our guests while ultimately contributing to something much bigger – raising funds to help SunnyKids continue providing vital programs and support for vulnerable children and families across our community.

For Brockenchack, giving back doesn’t need to be complicated. As they put it beautifully, “It is what good humans do.”

SunnyKids is incredibly grateful to have Brockenchack Wines standing alongside us as our Mayoral Ball Wine Sponsor – sharing not only exceptional wine, but a genuine commitment to helping create safer, brighter futures for children and families.
