Sally Desch, Director of HRM Contracting & Consulting, has been at the forefront of connecting people with their dream roles and supporting businesses with tailored HR solutions for two decades.
Her business specialises in recruitment across all sectors, from professional services to blue-collar industries, and provides outsourced HR support to small and medium-sized businesses that don’t require an in-house HR team. From employment contracts and performance management to redundancies and onboarding, Sally and her team offer a comprehensive suite of HR services to meet the unique needs of local businesses.
“I love working with people and helping them secure roles that align with their goals,” Sally shares. “It’s incredibly rewarding to know we’re not just helping individuals but also strengthening the local business community.”
Sally’s journey with SunnyKids began in 2016 when her team decided to support a local charity, and SunnyKids stood out as the perfect fit. As a proud P100 member, Sally values the opportunity to contribute to an organisation that creates opportunities for children and families in need.
“As a mother of two, I want every child to have the opportunities my kids have,” Sally explains. “Hearing SunnyKids’ success stories and seeing the impact they have on the community is inspiring. It’s a reminder of how important it is for everyone to play a role in creating a better world.”
In addition to SunnyKids, Sally’s business works closely with a range of not-for-profits on the Sunshine Coast and is an advocate for using local suppliers and businesses. Celebrating their 20th year in business this year, Sally is excited about expanding services to support even more businesses across the Sunshine Coast.
