SunnyKids ADAPT – With Moses Mbye

SunnyKids ADAPT was created to provide affordable, high-quality school holiday clinics that support young people both on and off the field.

Our clinics aim to provide a safe, positive and active environment where kids aged 10 – 15 years can get outside, build confidence, learn about healthy habits and stay engaged during the break. For parents, it offers peace of mind, time to work, run errands or simply reset – knowing their child is safe and having fun.

Overview of the day:
8:50AM – 9:05AM | Check-In – welcome and sign-in

9:05AM – 10:05AM | On-Field Session 1 – skills and games

10:05AM – 11:05AM | Indoor Team Building – creating better teammates theme

11:05AM – 12:05PM | On-Field Session 2 – skills and games

12:05PM – 12:35PM | Lunch – healthy choices theme/discussion

12:35PM – 1:20PM | Wellbeing Module – Delivered by SunnyKids

1:20PM – 2:20PM | On-Field Session 3 – skills and games

When and Where:
Thursday, July 2nd – 9:00AM – 2:30PM – Caloundra Sharks Rugby League Club
And/or
Thursday, July 9th – 9:00AM – 2:30PM – Burpengary Jets Rugby League Club
